International Exhibitions Sponsorship Program (Minha)
International Exhibitions Sponsorship Program (Minha) is a value-added service that allows SMEs to request sponsorship for their participation at international exhibitions.
This Program aims to:
- Provide an opportunity for SMEs to participate at international exhibitions that are not part of Qatar Exports’ calendar
- Provide an opportunity for exporters to capitalize on robust tools offered by Qatar Exports
Who Can benefit from the Program?
Exclusive for Qatar Exports registered SMEs only. SMEs can submit their application of interest through the Qatar Exports portal
Program Benefits:
The benefits are categorized into two tiers based on the company’s export value:
1. SMEs with export value below QAR 2 million:
2. SMEs with export value above QAR 2 million:
Note: Qatari SMEs can benefit from the program up to a maximum of QAR 200,000 per year.
If you're interested in applying, follow these simple steps:
1. SMEs with export value below QAR 2 million:
- 70% of the space cost + shell scheme (provided by the event organizers).
- For customized stands, 70% of the shell scheme cost is subsidized.
- Exhibiting space up to 12 sqm.
- 70% coverage of the flight ticket and accommodation costs (for one company representative only), up to:
- QAR 3,000 for GCC exhibitions
- QAR 5,000 for Africa and Asia exhibitions
- QAR 7,500 for Americas, Australia, and Europe exhibitions
2. SMEs with export value above QAR 2 million:
- 70% of the space cost + Stand
- Exhibiting space up to 36 sqm.
- 70% coverage of the flight ticket and accommodation costs up to QAR 7,500.
Note: Qatari SMEs can benefit from the program up to a maximum of QAR 200,000 per year.

- Next, fill out the application form with the correct details and make sure to upload the exhibition quotation/contract.
- This document should clearly state the space and shell scheme/ stand building cost.
- Once your application is submitted, it will be carefully reviewed by our team.
The decision—approval or rejection—will be communicated upon completion of the review.
- Important: Applications must be submitted 2-3 months prior to the exhibition date.
